Richard Palmquist, DVM
Chief of Integrative Services since 1986 (Colorado Statue University, 1983). Recipient UpJohn Award for Clinical Proficiency in Small Animal Medicine. AHVMA Board member and Research Committee chair. Co-author of the textbook entitled "Integrating Complementary Medicine Into Veterinary Practice," as well as several other scientific articles. He teaches homotoxicology and is an activist for vaccine reform. Dr. Palmquist and his wife who is also a veterinarian and acupuncturist live in Los Angeles with their 3 children and 10 pets. His Schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday morning, and Saturday.

Administration Staff:
Centinela's Chief Operations Officer and Personnel Director. Graduate Pepperdine University, Graziadio School of Business Management. Joseph joined us in December of 1993, and then became Operations Manager in 1999. He is responsible for hospital expansion and growth as well as human resources.
